She discovered her talent in interior design and after studying under renowned real estate staging instructor Barb Schwartz, has received the distinguished certification as a Accredited Staging Professional. Cheri’s expertise in staging homes helps sellers realize top dollar when they are selling, and assists buyers in making wise choices regarding potentially difficult space planning issues.

Cheri believes very strongly in giving back to her community. In addition to her real estate career, she is very involved in many community organizations; a board member of International Association of Home Staging Professionals, working as a Guardian Ad Leitum (a court appointed special advocate for children), a graduate of Renton’s Citizen’s Academy and a member of the Renton and Auburn Chamber of Commerce. Her other interests include dancing, duplicate bridge, golf, and gardening .
